Booking and Cancellation Terms

These terms apply to appointments booked with PRC (Wales) Ltd ("we", "us", "our") through physiorehabcentre.uk and our online booking system, Cliniko.
What you are booking
When you book through this website, you are booking an initial 30-minute physiotherapy assessment. You are not booking Shockwave Therapy. Shockwave Therapy, or any other treatment, will only be recommended if the clinician considers it clinically appropriate following your assessment.
Payment
Payment is taken at the clinic when you attend your appointment. You do not pay online when booking. The assessment fee is £60 or £65 depending on the appointment type.
Changing or cancelling your appointment
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. You can do this through Cliniko using the link in your booking confirmation, or by phoning the clinic on 01554 758232.
Missed or late-cancelled appointments
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend, we will normally simply rebook you. In the case of repeated cancellations, and depending on your personal circumstances and the discretion of your practitioner, a deposit of £60 or £65 may be required to secure future appointments.
Ongoing treatment
If you go on to a course of treatment following your assessment, a separate deposit policy applies to those sessions. Your practitioner will explain this to you.
Late arrival
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened so that it finishes at the scheduled time, so following patients are not delayed.
If we need to cancel
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.

The assessment is intended to examine your condition and advise on suitable options. No specific outcome or result is guaranteed. Please bring any relevant medical information to your appointment.
